Final Test’s 3rd day, disrupted by the crowd

After S Sreesanth was thrown by empty bottles from the crowd while he mends the boundary line, the match was interrupted for around 5 minutes on the Final test’s 3rd day of South Africa and India during the hosts 2nd innings on Tuesday.

The said incident happened in the 2nd innings of South Africa’s 9th over when Sreesanth fielded at the long area at Wynberg end. He walked up to the umpire Taufel and gave a word.

Soon, the senior Indian players including VVS Laxman, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Rahul Dravid had into a huddle and talked about the issue.

Dhone was seen smiling and having a short talk with the Sreesanth while the umpires Gould and Taufel talked over using the walkie-talkie.

The play was resumed disregarding further delay.
