Indian have named the ODI squad that will take on Australia and Sri Lanka in the tri-series.
Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan, both who have not played ODI cricket since the World Cup final in April last, were named in the squad.
Praveen Kumar, the India medium-pacer who missed the Tests due to a fractured rib, will also join the squad for the ODIs.
Irfan Pathan, who played his first international for India in more than two years during that ODI series against West Indies at home in December last year, has retained his place in the squad.
Rahul Sharma, the legspinner who impressed during the series against West Indies, has been picked to be the second spinner alongside R Ashwin.
Yuvraj Singh was not included in the squad as he is still recovering from lung tumour. Harbhajan Singh was also left out due to injury.
