England won the toss and decided to bowl against India in their second international Twenty20 match in Mumbai on Saturday.
England have one change with Joe Root coming in for Danny Briggs.
India have also made one change by bringing in Rohit Sharma in place of Ravindra Jadeja.
India captai MS Dhoni said, “Dew does have an impact in games that start at this time. We would have bowled first as well.
“The wicket is a lot different from Pune, Mumbai is known for bounce, the fast bowlers will enjoy bowling here.
“We’ve got just one change. Rohit Sharma replaces Ravindra Jadeja.”
England captain Eoin Morgan said, “We’re going to have a bowl. It looks like a good wicket, there will be some dew.
“We want to chase simply because we back our batsmen. We made a lot of good decisions in that game, but our skill level wasn’t too good.
“We have one change. Root is in for Briggs.”
