Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat against England in the second Test at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
India have made one change to side that won by nine wickets in the opening Test. Off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has been included in place of Umesh Yadav.
England have made two changes. Batsman Ian Bell, who has gone home for the birth his child, has been replaced by Jonny Bairstow, while left-arm spiner Monty Panesar has come in place of pacer Tim Bresnan.
