IPL auction: Kieron Pollard, Shane Bond and Kemar Roach, biggest buys

West Indian players Kieron Pollard along with New Zealand bowler Shane Bond were the most expensive players.

Kieron Pollard and Shane Bond, both were sold for USD 750,000 at the auction for the third edition of the Indian Premier League.

West Indies paceman Kemar Roach was the second biggest buys, he sold for USD 720,000 to Deccan Chargers .

Shane Bond was signed up by Kolkata Knight Riders while Kieron Pollard went to Mumbai Indians.

Delhi Daredevils signed up South African paceman Wayne Parnell for $610,000.

No cricketer from Pakistan was signed by a franchise.
