The ICC Intercontinental Cup match between Ireland and Namibia which was scheduled to be played at Stormont on Tuesday has been postponed due to visa issues being faced by members of the Namibia squad.
It is hoped that the 50-over matches will go ahead as planned.
The event technical committee will meet on Sunday morning to discuss what should happen to the I Cup fixture.
As always, while the ICC offers assistance where it can, it is the responsibility of each team’s home board to arrange its own visas in advance of any tour.
The 2011–13 ICC Intercontinental Cup is the sixth edition of the ICC Intercontinental Cup tournament, an international first-class cricket tournament between nations who have not been awarded Test status by the International Cricket Council.
