Pakistan Test Squad for Sri Lanka Series

Pakistan has announced a 15-member Pakistan squad for the three-Test series against Sri Lanka in the United Arab Emirates starting on 13 October.

Umar Gul and Wahab Riaz, who were rested for the Zimbabwe tour, have been recalled. Shoaib Malik, who was on Pakistan’s tour of Zimbabwe after gaining clearance from the PCB,  is in the 15-man squad.

Batsman Umar Akmal, fast medium bowlers Sohail Khan and Sohail Tanvir and leg-spinner Yasir Shah have been dropped from the team that toured Zimbabwe last month.

The One-day and T20 Internationals squad will be announced later.
