Dilshan wins the toss, elects to bat first

Sri Lanka captain Tillakaratne Dilshan elected to bat after winning the toss against Australia in the second and final Twenty20 match at the Pallekele International Stadium on Monday.

Australia is fielding an unchanged team while Sri Lanka dropped pace bowlers Dammika Prasad and Suranga Lakmal to include allrounder Thisara Perera and spinner Ajantha Mendis.

Sri Lanka beat Australia by 35 runs in the first T20 match on Saturday.

Sri Lanka: Tillakaratne Dilshan (captain), Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara, Angelo Mathews, Jeevan Mendis, Dinesh Chandimal, Dilruwan Perera, Nuwan Kulasekara, Dammika Prasad, Suranga Lakmal, Rangana Herath.

Australia: Cameron White (captain), Shane Watson, John Hastings, Brad Haddin, David Hussey, Mitchell Johnson, Brett Lee, Shaun Marsh, Steve O’Keefe, Steven Smith, David Warner.
