Suraj Randiv apologizes to Virender Sehwag

Sri Lankan off spinner Suraj Randiv owed an apology to Virender Sehwag after the former ended a one-day game deliberately with a no ball, thus leaving Sehwag at a helpless 99.

While Randiv apologized to Sehwag personally, the SLC secretary Nishantha Ranatunga apologized to the Indian team manager Ranjib Biswal this morning.

Ranatunga expressed his deep regret and apologies to the Indian team and Sehwag and has assured to look into the matter officially.

A close reminder to what Sachin Tendulkar had to face at Cuttack from the Sri Lankans, while he was stranded at 96, missing his chances of a century.
