Virat Kohli hits ton as India beat Australia by Five Wickets

Virat Kohli scored a brilliant hundred to help his team win the second ODI by five Wickets at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium. India now lead the three-match ODI series 1-0.

Virat Kohli scored his third ODI century off 111 balls with help of nine fours. He scored 118 which included 11 fours and one six before getting out to Hastings.

Virat is still not still not sure of a permanent slot in the Indian team. He said, “I don’t believe I have cemented my place in the team. I have to keep performing consistently in the matches to come. Maybe, later in the future I can think if my place is permanent or not,”.

Kohli has now reached three-figures for the third time in ODIs and has also became the fastest Indian to reach 1000 one-day international runs.
