Yousuf in trouble with the matches

Muhammad Yousuf who is the former captain of the Pakistan cricket team withdrew his recorded statement regarding the disagreement with the cricket matches coinciding with the holy days.

There were conditions where the Pakistan team had to play certain cricket matches without having their food. They had to fast for those days, as it was their religious belief. It was considered a sin, if they had not fast for those sacred days.

This included matches like two test matches including twenty20, and three One Day matches. Yousuf also had planned not to play cricket matches during Ramzan, which is their religious festival.
